All in stock orders will be processed within 3 business days. Out of stock or special-order products will have their own processing time based on availability. You will receive an order confirmation email, as well as an email update when the order ships.
Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
Our online store will provide an estimated shipping price and timeframe upon checkout. We are not responsible for delays or variances to the shipping costs, as the site provides only a shipping estimate, and we have no control over the shipping company’s speed of delivery. Your estimated delivery date will be generate based on your shipping method of choice upon checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include your tracking number you can use to check the status of the shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be available. If there are issues with the shipment, you can contact us at: email@example.com and we can look into it for you.
In-Store Pickup/Will Call
We offer in-person order pickup if you are in the greater Seattle area. Orders will still be placed online, and we will provide you with a pickup date within 3 business days of placing your order for all in-stock products. Please bring your order confirmation with you when you come. Changes to your order (additions, subtractions, changes) must be done online or via phone. We are unable to make changes to your order upon pickup. For order security purposes, you will need to present a valid government-issued photo ID.
APO/DPO/FDO shipments will be sent via USPS. Shipments with a physical address will be sent via cheapest method available. All international shipments will take 72 hours to process.
Shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. USPS may ask to collect taxes/duties; please contact your local USPS office or local government for details. Sparta Evolution is not responsible for any tax or duty fees.
Refunds, exchanges and returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original resealable condition. Upon return, we will issue a refund for the products returned minus shipping costs.

In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the damaged shipment. Instances like this are handled in a case-by-case manner, and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
